Ridiculously old wood type and handcarved blocks tell us snippets, or entire stories, regaling us with the shop’s connections to historic events; the venues that promoted the entertainers of their day; those musicians, magicians, and actors; or some of our most favorite products, that like the shop’s posters, still delight Nashvillians today. Printed in attention-grabbing colors, and used year after year, these indelible images have withstood the passage of time to become classics.
